I don't know either, but made some darn good beef with rice noodles last night. The states of representation at this meal were Louisiana, Arkansas, and Pennsylvania. The total for the meal this evening came in at just shy of eight dollars. For that eight dollars, three people were fed with many leftovers.

Moving this culinary adventure further, desserts are the new frontier. We are going to start to accomodate the sweet tooth, which seems to attack thirty minutes after finishing the meal.
